A Power of Attorney for Property Management authorizes another person or entity (referred to as an "agent" or "attorney-in-fact") to manage your real estate properties on your behalf. This POA is ideal when you are unable to personally oversee your property-related matters, whether due to travel, residency abroad, or lack of time.

Note: This POA does not permit your agent to buy or sell your real estate. For sale or purchase, a separate Special POA is required.

With a Property Management POA, your appointed agent can:

  • Sign tenancy agreements and renewals with tenants

  • Collect and receive rental payments on your behalf

    • Notarized in the home country

    • Attested by the UAE Embassy or Consulate abroad

    • Attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in the UAE

    • Officially translated into Arabic
